Before you ask.
What are credits?
Credits are model use, counted in dollars. Every request is metered at what it costs to run, and your account shows where each one went. Free starts with $1 of trial credit. Pro tops you up to $10 each month, and Team to $15 per seat, pooled for everyone on the team.
What happens when I run out?
New requests pause until your next monthly top-up. On Pro and Team you can add $10, $25 or $50 of credit at any time from your account, and credit you buy doesn't expire.
Does unused credit roll over?
Your monthly allowance doesn't stack: each month the balance is topped up to your allowance, not added to it. Credit you bought is never taken away, so a top-up stays on top.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from Manage billing in your account. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free with whatever credit is left.
How do Team seats work?
Team is billed per person, from two. The owner invites people with a link, everyone draws from one pool of credits, and owners and admins can see usage per person and decide who joins.
Which models does Tirrus use?
Two models we choose and keep current: Standard for hard problems and Fast for everyday answers. When a better model arrives, you get it without changing anything.
Do you train on my conversations?
No. Tirrus doesn't train models on your conversations or your files.
