Agents that work while you don't

Some work isn't a question you ask once. It's a question you ask every Monday morning, or at the end of every week. Until now, that meant remembering to ask it.

Agents in Tirrus can now run on a schedule. Set the time, and the agent does the work on its own, then leaves the result in its conversation for you to read when you're ready.

What people are using it for

  • A Monday digest that summarises last week's support tickets.
  • A competitor check that searches the web for anything new your rivals launched.
  • A weekly report drafted from the same template, every Friday afternoon.

How to set one up

Open any agent you've built and add a schedule. Pick how often it should run, from hourly to weekly. The agent uses the same instructions and tools it always does, including web search, so a scheduled run is exactly what you'd get by asking yourself.

Sensible limits

Schedules are built to be safe to forget about:

  • Each person can have up to five scheduled agents.
  • An agent runs at most once an hour.
  • If a run fails three times in a row, the schedule pauses itself, so it can't quietly use your credits on a job that isn't working.

Every scheduled run is metered like any other message, and shows up in your usage like one. Scheduled runs are included in Pro and Team. See plans.

Try it on your own work.
