TIRRUS has a robust set of features and functionality built right in. Each of these features or modules can be turned on or off on a site by site basis. TIRRUS Content Management System Administration Area

Every TIRRUS website comes with a robust Administration Area that puts you in complete control of your website.

With a rich Content Editor, commonly referred to as a WYSIWYG (shown to the right), you can alter the content in Microsoft Word-like environment, then save a draft for a later review or publish directly to the web.

The Admin Toolset allows you to add as many pages as you like with a few simple clicks, manage the modules (listed below), manage your menus or see your website statistics.

Photo Gallery

The Photo Gallery Tool allows you to create and manage an infinite number of galleries. You can title the image and give it a comment. The Tool will even auto-generate a thumbnail from the full-sized image on-the-fly. You have control as to how the Photo Gallery is used and can customize how it displays on your site by selecting how many thumbnails across by how many rows down the page. You can even use the Content Editor to manage the content that gets displayed above the area where the gallery gets placed. You are in total control!

User Management

The User Management Tool allows you to add additional website administrators and assign unique privileges to each user. You can assign different editors to different content areas and even distinguish between "draft only" and "publish" permissions.

Because you can assign "Publish" or just "Draft" privleges to each user, you can now delegate the content creation and maintenance of your website throughout your organization. "Publish Rights" allows the user to directly update live web pages. "Draft Rights" allows the user to create pages and add content, then save the page as draft which is not publicly viewable. Any user that has "Publish Rights" can then view the drafted versions, make any necessary changes, then publish the pages for public viewing.

You will be amazed how much more often your website is updated when you involve multiple people from different departments.

Form Protected Directory

A form protected directory allows you to create a content area of your site that is only accessible by a user if they are willing to provide you with some personal information by filling out an online form. This feature is useful for collecting prospect data before downloading an industry white paper, PowerPoint presentation,  software demo, etc.

Locator Tool

The locator module is designed to be used as geographic store or people locator. The tool can be set up to start the search at the Country, State or City level. The input fields and display fields can can be customized to suite your specific needs. The module includes a details page feature that allows you to provide more info on each "item" in your database. For instance, if you were a health insurance provider and wanted users to be able to locate a doctor in their area. Once they had completed their search and had located a list of relevant doctors, they could click on a "more info" link to view the doctor's bio.

Database Search Tool

The database search module can be customized for virtually any type of database search. This service is included in all advanced TIRRUS packages.
